Whether via WhatsApp or SMS auto-read, the Smart Router ensured a consistent and reliable experience.
Additionally, OTPLESS provided a Vendor Router, allowing Classplus to manage multiple SMS providers with intelligent prioritization based on real-time performance metrics such as delivery latency and success rates. This ensured reliable delivery even during outages or traffic spikes.
